Important: Please verify that the things in the package are not damaged when the parcel is broken or appears deteriorated. If they are, DO NOT sign the delivery, even if you approve it, there will be no refunds.

 

Once an order is being dispatched, It takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Some the times it may take longer than that due to unexpected circumstances such as misrouted packages, delivery inconvenience, weather conditions, or any other problems out of our control. Please be sure to put your order in advance to prevent any disappointment, as we do not take any responsibility for delays caused by the circumstances described above.

Shipping is free orders over £40. The cost of delivery will depend on the following factors; The weight and size of your order and the total price of the order. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been placed.

 

Incorrect details provided by the customer are under customer responsibility. In these circumstances, the customers also will be recharged for delivery.
